Building a BrandID for a role

How to create a job-specific BrandID from a recommended role.

On Career Track, your BrandID is built around a specific job or company.

To create one:

  1. Open My BrandIDs and click New BrandID.

  2. On the "Unlock your BrandID" screen, search for a job and select it.

  3. ESAI generates a BrandID framing you as a fit for that role — including cards like Trajectory, Project, Problem Fit, and Culture Signal.
