If a Partner (like your school) invited you to ESAI, you'll have an invitation waiting.
To respond:
Open Invitations from your profile menu.
Find the pending invitation (it shows the organization, your email, and the invite date).
Click Accept to join, or Decline.
Use Refresh if a new invitation isn't showing yet.
Make sure you're logged in with the same email the invitation was sent to.
