On Career Track, you build a BrandID for a job or company. It frames you as a fit for that role: how the role fits your trajectory, projects you're proud of, the problems you want to solve, and the way you work.
Instead of a static resume, your BrandID captures who you are and why you fit. It's the foundation ESAI uses to generate matches and recommendations — and on Career Track, it powers the roles that show up in Recommended Jobs.
